Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free on either plan, no card required. If you haven't received an inbound ticket by day 14, we'll automatically extend your trial by a week.
How much does IntoPaid cost?
Basic is $39/month for custom-order management. Grow is $65/month and adds win-back campaigns, a second user, and custom shop email.
What are AI tickets?
Inbox tickets are unlimited. An AI ticket is one Assist run — summarizing a DM or forwarded email and suggesting the customer, products, pickup, or a reply draft. You approve before anything is applied or sent. Both plans include 75 per month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Basic for the custom-order workflow, add individual features as you need them, or move to Grow anytime for the full bundle at a lower combined price.
Are win-back campaigns available without upgrading to Grow?
Yes — add win-back campaigns to Basic for $20/month, or get it bundled with extra user access and custom shop email on Grow for $65/month.
What is a custom shop email?
Tickets send and receive from your own shop address — like [email protected] — instead of an IntoPaid mailbox. Quotes, invoices, reminders, and win-backs go out with your shop name, logo, and colors.
