How much does IntoPaid cost?
Basic is $29/month for custom-order management. Grow is $79/month and adds win-back campaigns to bring past customers back. Normal usage is included with both plans.
What are AI tickets?
Inbox tickets are unlimited. An AI ticket is one Assist run — summarizing a DM or forwarded email and suggesting the customer, products, pickup, or a reply draft. You approve before anything is applied or sent. Win-back drafts on Grow use the same meter. Basic includes 50 per month; Grow includes 200. Normal usage is included.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Basic for the custom-order workflow. Move to Grow when you want win-back campaigns to bring past customers back.
Are win-back campaigns extra?
Win-back campaigns are included on Grow. Sending is part of the subscription — we don’t sell email packs or usage add-ons.
What is a custom shop email?
On Grow, tickets send and receive from your shop address — like [email protected] — instead of an IntoPaid mailbox. Quotes, invoices, reminders, and win-backs also go out with your shop name, logo, and colors. Customers write you; you quote from the same address.
