Sound familiar?

  • Bridal asks land in IG, email, and texts — never one list
  • Quotes live in Notes while the date fills up
  • You chase deposits instead of designing

What IntoPaid does

  • Tag @intopaid or forward the email — it becomes a numbered ticket
  • Quote from your live Shopify catalog
  • Send a draft invoice; mark paid when they checkout
  • Pickup locks on the calendar the moment they pay

What belongs on a flower order ticket

A bridal or funeral ask is not a product page. The details that make the arrangement live on one ticket — not a screenshot thread — so substitutions and the event date stay with the quote.

  • Event date
  • Arrangement type
  • Colour palette
  • Stem preferences
  • Substitutions when the cooler is short
  • Delivery or setup vs pickup
  • Pickup time
  • Budget

Not another florist POS

Delivery routes and walk-in POS are a different product. IntoPaid is for the ask that is not on the shelf: a customer DMs a photo and wants something made for a date. Tag @intopaid or forward the email — they pay in Shopify.

FAQ

Questions florists ask

Does IntoPaid work for florists?

Yes. IntoPaid is florist order management software for custom work that is not sitting in a catalog ready to buy — bridal bouquets, funeral arrangements, events, and bulk stems that start as a conversation. You still design, bake, or make — IntoPaid is the layer that turns the ask into a paid Shopify order.

A client DMs “hi! bridal bouquet + 6 bridesmaids for Sat — blush garden rose?” What do I do?

Keep the conversation in Instagram. When you’re ready to quote, tag @intopaid in your reply. That ask becomes a ticket with the customer, items, and pickup — then you send a Shopify invoice.

Will this replace the spreadsheet I use for wedding & event work?

That’s the point of one ticket: customer, conversation, quote, payment, and pickup together — not a row you forget to update when the date moves.

What if the bridal party changes after I send the quote?

Edit the ticket — add bridesmaid bouquets, swap garden rose, change pickup. Send a revised Shopify invoice. The original conversation stays on the order.

Where do substitutions and stem notes go?

On the flower order ticket, next to palette, budget, and the event date. If the cooler is short, you change the ticket and send a revised Shopify invoice — not a new text thread.

Do I need Shopify? Does IntoPaid replace it?

You need Shopify today — that's how IntoPaid builds quotes and invoices from your catalog. IntoPaid does not replace Shopify. Shopify still handles Product → Cart → Checkout. IntoPaid is the custom-order layer in front: conversation → ticket → quote → Shopify checkout.

Can IntoPaid automatically receive Instagram DMs?

Not every DM. Connect your Instagram Professional account. Customers keep messaging you as usual. You open a ticket when you tag @intopaid in your reply — so only the asks you're ready to quote land in IntoPaid.

Can customers pay through IntoPaid?

They pay a Shopify invoice through Shopify checkout. IntoPaid creates the quote and draft invoice from your catalog, then marks the ticket paid when checkout completes. Customers do not need an IntoPaid account.
