Does IntoPaid replace Shopify?
No. Shopify still handles Product → Cart → Checkout for ready-to-buy SKUs. IntoPaid is the custom-order layer in front: conversation → ticket → quote → Shopify checkout. Catalog prices stay in Shopify.
Who is custom order management for?
Florists, bakeries, flower farms, makers, and caterers who quote bridal work, cakes, CSA buckets, commissions, and event menus from DMs and email — not shops whose customers only add a SKU to a cart.
How does a custom order get paid?
You quote from live Shopify products on the ticket, send a draft invoice, and the customer pays in Shopify checkout. They do not need an IntoPaid account. The ticket marks paid when checkout completes.
Can I take deposits on custom orders?
Yes. Send a Shopify invoice for a deposit or the full amount from the same ticket. Start production or hold the date when payment clears — not from a Venmo screenshot.
Where do Instagram DMs and emails go?
Both land in one ticket queue. Tag @intopaid on Instagram when you are ready to quote, or forward the email to your inbound address. The original message stays on the order.
Is this a Request-a-Quote button for my storefront?
No. Storefront quote widgets assume the shopper is already on your site. Custom work usually starts in a DM or inbox. IntoPaid tickets that conversation first, then quotes in Shopify.
How much does custom order management cost?
