Assist reads a messy inquiry thread and suggests a customer name, products, pickup details, or a full reply draft. Nothing is applied to the ticket or emailed to your customer until you review and approve it.

Turn Assist on
Assist is off by default. To enable it:
- Go to Settings → Usage and toggle Assist on.
- Head to Settings → Your brand → AI Tone and pick a tone (warm, friendly, professional, or concise). This shapes how drafts sound.
Once enabled, the Assist button appears on every ticket page. You can check how many runs you have left on the Usage page.
How it works on a ticket
Open any ticket and tap Assist. Assist scans the conversation and may suggest:
- A summary of what the customer is asking for.
- A customer name to attach to the ticket.
- Products and quantities pulled from your catalog.
- A pickup date or time.
- A draft reply you can edit before sending.
Each suggestion has its own approve or discard control. You pick what to keep, edit anything you want, then apply or send. Assist never auto-sends a message or auto-updates a ticket field.
For the full walkthrough of working a ticket with Assist, see Work a ticket.
Close the deal
When a customer sounds ready to pay — “yes, send the invoice” — Assist can show a Close deal prompt. It preps a public reply with the Shopify payment link. You still review and tap Send. Nothing goes out on its own.

Win-back AI
On Grow, if a quote sits unpaid and the thread goes quiet, Win-back AI can draft enroll timing and the next nudge emails. Click a day in the sequence to preview that step. Enrolling uses the same Assist meter.

Still thinking it over?
Hi Maya — your cake quote is still open for Saturday. Pay when you’re ready and we’ll lock pickup.
Idle-quote sending itself is covered in Win-back overview and Win-back sequences.
AI tickets vs. inbox tickets
These are two different counts:
| Type | What it means | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Inbox ticket | A conversation created from an email, form submission, or manually | Unlimited on every plan |
| AI ticket (Assist run) | One tap of the Assist button on a ticket | Metered per plan |
Tapping Assist on the same ticket twice counts as two runs. If the first run gave you everything you needed, there's no reason to run it again.
Monthly meter
| Plan | Assist runs per month |
|---|---|
| Basic | 50 |
| Grow | 200 |
On the Grow plan, win-back drafts draw from the same meter. A win-back sequence that generates a draft for an idle quote uses one Assist run, just like tapping Assist on a ticket does.
Your count resets at the start of each billing cycle. Check where you stand anytime at Settings → Usage.
Running ahead of your meter
If you burn through your monthly runs before the cycle resets, you can purchase extra packs from the Usage page. There is no "unlimited AI" tier — the included amounts are sized for normal shop volume, and the packs are there for busy months.
Privacy
- Assist only processes a thread when you tap the button. It does not run in the background.
- IntoPaid does not train models on your inbound mail or on any data from your tickets.
- Turning Assist off on the Usage page stops all AI processing immediately.
