When you sign up, you land on Grow for 14 days. No card. You get the full Grow workspace: tickets, Shopify quotes, pickup, win-back, a second user, and mail from your shop address.
Nothing bills until you pick a plan. Paid tickets during the trial do not start a bill on their own. The end date is on Settings → Billing.
Pick a plan any day
You do not have to wait for the clock. Open Settings → Billing (or Pricing) and choose:
- Basic — $39/mo — the custom-order loop
- Grow — $65/mo — what you’ve been on: win-back, a second user, custom shop email
Annual billing saves about two months versus month-to-month. Full comparison: Plans and billing.
Quiet week if nothing inbound
Inbound means a customer inquiry that became a ticket:
- A forwarded email to your IntoPaid address
- An Instagram DM you tagged @intopaid
- A website form submission
Tickets you create yourself do not count. A test to yourself with “asdf” does not count.
If day 14 hits with none of those, we add seven days, once. We’ll email you. Still Grow, still no card.
If you already had inbound, the trial ends on schedule. The extra week does not stack, and it does not restart later. When that week is up, the trial ends even if it is still quiet.
When the trial ends
You can still log in. Tickets, customers, and quotes stay on file. The inbox is paused until you subscribe — same idea as a canceled shop.
The free trial does not restart.
Mid-quote when the clock ran out? Pick a plan and finish it on the same ticket.
After you subscribe
Trial emails stop. Same inbox, same tickets. If you picked Basic, Grow extras (win-back sending, the second user, custom shop email) turn off unless you add them later.
Where to go next
- Invite only — waitlist and how seats open
- Your first ticket — one real inquiry through the loop
- Forward an email — the fastest way to land inbound
- Plans and billing — Basic, Grow, add-ons, pause, and cancel
