Every ticket can carry a pickup date, time, and customer-facing notes. Once pickup is set the ticket gets the scheduled tag and the job appears on Calendar, giving you a single view of what's going out and when.

Set pickup on a ticket
Open any ticket and look for the Pickup section. Fill in:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Date | The day the customer picks up or you deliver. Required to schedule. |
| Time | Optional start time or window so the customer knows when to arrive. |
| Notes | Anything the customer needs — gate code, "use the back studio door," parking instructions. These appear in the pickup reminder email. |
When you save, two things happen:
- The ticket gets the scheduled tag, so you can filter for it in the Ticket inbox.
- The job shows up on Calendar.
You can update or clear pickup at any time. Removing the date removes the scheduled tag and pulls the job off Calendar.
For a full walkthrough of everything you can do on a ticket, see Work a ticket.
Calendar
Calendar gives you two ways to look at upcoming work:
- Month view — a traditional calendar grid. Each day shows the tickets scheduled for pickup.
- List view — a chronological list, handy when you need to scan the next few days quickly.
Click any event to jump straight to its ticket.
Want to see every scheduled ticket in your inbox instead? Open the Ticket inbox and filter by the scheduled tag.
Automatic pickup reminders
You can have IntoPaid email the customer a reminder a set number of days before their pickup date.
Turn reminders on
Go to Settings → Customer emails → Pickup reminder. From there you can:
- Enable or disable the automatic reminder.
- Set the lead time — how many days before the pickup date the reminder sends.
- Optionally notify your shop — get a copy so you know the reminder went out and can prep the order.
The reminder uses your branded email template — display name, logo, colors, and signature from Settings → Your brand. You can customize the template text in Settings → Customer emails. For more on branding, see Logo, colors, and signature.
Skip a reminder on a single ticket
Some jobs don't need a ping — repeat customers, same-day pickups, or deliveries you're handling yourself. On the ticket's Pickup section you can skip the reminder for that ticket without turning off the global setting.
Pickup reminders vs. payment reminders
These are two different systems:
- Pickup reminders fire based on the pickup date you set on the ticket.
- Payment reminders fire when an invoice is open and unpaid. They live on the quote or invoice, not on the pickup schedule.
For details on payment reminders and invoicing, see Quotes and invoices.
