The Your brand panel controls how your shop appears in every email IntoPaid sends to customers — acknowledgments, invoices, payment reminders, and more. It has three sections: Name, Logo & Colors, Signature, and AI Tone.

Name, Logo & Colors
Everything you set here shows up in the footer of invoice emails and other customer-facing messages.
Display name
Your shop name as customers know it. This appears in the email footer and the "From" line in their inbox.
Logo
Upload your shop logo so it appears in customer emails.
- Must be under 1.5 MB. Empty or zero-byte files are rejected — make sure the file contains actual image data before uploading.
- PNG works best. A square or horizontal lockup tends to look best in the email layout.
- To replace your logo, upload a new file. To remove it, delete the current upload.
Colors
Pick brand colors so buttons, accent lines, and headings across all customer email templates match your shop's look instead of arriving in a generic style.
Website and social links
Add your website URL and any social profile links. These appear in the email footer, giving customers a quick path back to your site or social pages. Every field is optional — leave it blank and it won't show.
Signature
Your signature is added to the bottom of every public reply you send from a ticket — unless the message already contains a sign-off. Keep it short; your name and shop name is usually enough.
The signature only applies to ticket replies. System-generated emails (payment reminders, pickup confirmations, etc.) use the display name and logo from the Name, Logo & Colors section instead.
AI Tone
Choose the voice that AI Ticket Assist uses when it drafts replies and generates pay-ready or win-back emails. The available tones are warm, friendly, professional, and concise.
A few things to know:
- AI Tone does not send email by itself. Assist drafts a reply; you review and approve before anything reaches a customer.
- The tone applies to every Assist draft across all your tickets.
- Changing the tone takes effect on the next draft — it won't update drafts you've already approved.
- Assist itself must be turned on separately. Go to Settings → Usage to enable it.
For details on how Assist works, including monthly limits by plan, see AI Ticket Assist.
Tips
- Preview after saving. Open any email template in Settings → Email templates to see how your logo, colors, and signature look together before a customer does.
- Keep the logo file lean. A 200–400 KB PNG loads fast on every device. If your file is over 1.5 MB, resize or compress it before uploading.
- Match your display name to your storefront. Customers who see one name on your website and a different name in their inbox may get confused. Keep them consistent.
