If Settings → Integrations shows your Shopify store as disconnected — or a ticket tells you to connect Shopify before invoicing — you won't be able to pull products from your catalog into quotes or invoices. Reconnecting usually takes about a minute.

Disconnected — invoicing is blocked
Reconnect your store
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect. If the button says Disconnect, click that first, then click Connect.
- Approve the connection when Shopify asks.
- Back in Settings, confirm you see Connected next to your shop domain.
Once the store is connected again, go back to the ticket and retry the invoice.
Still stuck
Double-check a couple of things before reaching out:
- Right store — Make sure you're signed into the Shopify store you actually want to connect, not a different one.
- Permissions — The person clicking Connect needs permission to install apps on that Shopify store. If you're not the store owner, ask them to do this step or grant you access.
If it still won't connect, email [email protected] with your shop domain and we'll sort it out.
