Win-back for idle quotes

Win-back helps you re-engage customers who received a quote but never paid — and the conversation has gone quiet. It sends a short follow-up sequence tied to that specific ticket, not a bulk blast to your whole contact list.

Grow only. Idle unpaid quotes — not a blast to your whole list.

Win-back sending is a Grow feature. If you're on Basic you can open the hub and see how it works, but sending is locked until you upgrade. See Plans and billing for details.

The Win-back hub

Open Win-back to see:

  • Last-30-days stats — how many sequences were sent, opened, and converted.
  • Remaining quota — how many sends you have left this month.
  • Auto-enroll toggle — turn automatic enrollment on or off for idle unpaid quotes.

What is live today

The only campaign type available right now is idle unpaid quotes — a ticket with an open invoice where the thread has gone quiet. Win-back sends a short follow-up sequence tied to that ticket to keep a warm lead from going cold.

You may notice other campaign types in the hub (past customers, anniversaries, referrals, etc.). Those are not live yet and will not send.

Quota and AI drafts

Grow includes a monthly win-back send cap. Each sequence can use more than one email, so keep an eye on your remaining quota in the hub.

  • Need more sends? Pick up an extra pack from Settings → Usage or from the quota prompt that appears when you hit the cap.
  • AI-drafted messages draw from the same Assist meter used by ticket assist. See AI ticket assist for how that meter works.

Starting a win-back from a ticket

You don't have to go to the hub first. When you're looking at an unpaid quote where the conversation has stalled, you can enroll that ticket directly. This kicks off the same idle-quote flow you'd get from Win-back → Start.
