Filter tabs
Tabs across the top of the inbox let you slice the list:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Inbox | All active tickets |
| Unread | Tickets you haven't opened yet |
| Quoted | Tickets tagged quoted |
| Paid | Tickets tagged paid |
| Scheduled | Tickets tagged scheduled |
| Archived | Tickets you've archived (right side) |
| Trash | Tickets you've trashed (right side) |
Tags like quoted, paid, and scheduled can be applied by you or automatically as a job moves through your workflow.
Looking for unpaid quotes that have gone quiet? Those are surfaced on individual tickets and through the Win-back hub, not as a separate inbox tab.
Search
The search box at the top filters the visible list by name, email, or other ticket details. If nothing matches you'll see: No tickets match "query".
Bulk and row actions
Select one or more tickets to act on them in bulk:
- Mark read / unread
- Apply or remove tags — quoted, paid, scheduled
- Archive / unarchive
- Trash — moves tickets to the Trash tab
- Restore from trash — brings trashed tickets back
- Delete forever — permanently removes tickets
Trashed tickets are recoverable until IntoPaid hard-deletes them. An opportunistic purge removes trash older than about 30 days, so don't rely on it as long-term storage.
Empty inbox
If you just signed up or have cleared everything out, the inbox shows:
Ticket Inbox is empty. Create a ticket or forward mail to the inbound address shown.
From there you can create a ticket or forward an email to get started. For a full walkthrough, see Your first ticket.
