Login email
Your login email is the address you use to sign in and where password-reset links and system notices are delivered. To change it, open Settings → Account and select the option to update your email. You'll need to confirm your current password before the change takes effect.
This email is not the same as your inbound address (used for email intake) or your custom shop email (used for branded customer replies). Changing your login email does not affect either of those.
Password
Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
If you can't sign in, head to the forgot-password page to send a reset link to your login email. The link expires after a short window — if it lapses, request another from the same page.
Business name
Your business name must be at least 2 characters. It appears throughout the app for your own reference. The name your customers see on invoices and outgoing emails is controlled separately under Settings → Your brand — see Logo, colors, and signature for details.
You can update the business name anytime in Settings → Account.
Signing up
IntoPaid is invite-only when seats are open. If you'd like access, email [email protected].
You don't need a Shopify store to create an account, but you will need to connect Shopify before you can send your first invoice.
Subscription, billing, and usage
A snapshot of your current plan appears on the Account page. From there you can:
- Manage billing — update your payment method or view invoices in Settings → Billing.
- View usage — see how many tickets and messages you've used in the current period.
For a full breakdown of plans, see Plans and billing.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Account. Here's what happens:
- You keep access to your inbox for the rest of the current billing period.
- After the period ends, your tickets stay on file for 90 days.
- If you change your mind before the period ends, the button switches to Keep my plan and your subscription continues as normal.
During the cancellation flow you may be offered the option to pause instead of cancel. Pausing keeps your data intact at a reduced cost — details are in Plans and billing.
Where to go next
- Plans and billing — change, pause, or cancel your plan
- Your brand — set a display name, logo, colors, and signature
- Connect Shopify — link your store before sending invoices
